You can spell it out our just pronounce it the way it is. This stands for the saying ”what u talking about willis,” from the show Diff'rent Strokes. It was usually said by Arnold (Gary Coleman) to Willis Jackson (Todd bridges).

literal defenition: a green, spicy, sushi sauce

slang term:
meaning What's up?, What's going on?, ect. ect., or used in akward situations as well as for the hell of it. when used as a greeting it is typically followed by the term "babi"
