When in a group of 10 or more, having at least 2 smoking devices, and passing the bowl to your left, allowing everyone to try each piece. With enough bud, these gatherings can allow for 1 - 3 hours of continuos toking. Usually, everyone throws down the same amount, no freebies.

Most Rota’s smell of smoke & spend their free time creating their own universe connected to the dark world. Although they arent the best people to have around, rota’s are a terrific friend. You need a rota in your life, especially if you are a Kevin.
