Used to describe the individuals whose sole purpose is to maintain the TOC (Tactical Operations Center). This is not strictly limited to non-combat arms personel, as infantrymen can also be assigned TOC duty. TOC roaches very closely resemble a Fobbit. The TOC roaches most excrutiating efforts in combat are going to the gym, having carpal tunnel, dry eyes and cauliflower ear (from listening to the radio)
Soldier 1- "Did you see the new T.V. in the TOC?"
Soldier 2- "yeah i bet those TOC Roaches are loving it!"

Located in Canton, NY, this downtown bar is the place to be for all horny, black-out-drunk St. Lawrence students on Saturday nights. Make sure to look out for Coach at the entrance; give him a kiss on the cheek and he may let you in for free.
"Dude, i'm heading to the tic-toc, and i'm not coming back alone!"
Girl #1: "Oh my god that was so much fun dancing on the pool table at tic-toc last night!"
Girl #2: "What?!"
