As I've said.. context can be difficult here.. by text alone it can be hard between people who know each well..
Which makes the understanding and level of communication we seem to have, even more unbelievable..
I actually mean it in a kinda cute way as you clearly have your reasons.. I like that you've got the strength to stick to your convictions.. that is so rare you know..
Hmm I think you need to go big then.. he's either missing.. as in not hearing or seeing what you're putting out there.. or perhaps is he but isn't sure enough to actually act on it.. or a previous attempt gone wrong could be making him too nervous to try again.. I know I must have looked dismissive more than once.. and I HATE that because I wanted every second I got to last a million more.. but I did not want her to feel remotely like I wasnt respecting her space, decisions or making her feel awkward.. potentially screwing myself over really.. but I'd never risk making her feel any of those things toward me. I want her to know she can trust me implicitly, in every way. Her decisions are her down I have no right to challenge that
