The assault of one's testicles from behind. Generally, the victim is bent over, however a standing attack up the legs is also commonplace.

Often times, the assailant will yell "back sack attack!" either at contact, or after the strike is complete.

Winding up for a kick, Ben positioned himself behind a bent-over Matt. Using mostly the flick of his foot unto the scrotum, Ben yelled "Back sack attack!" before Matt ever got the chance to react. Devolving into his fetal position, Matt sat writhing in pain.

When a girl is either physically,mentally, verbally,emotionally,or spiritually attacked by a guy that she loves.He purposefully stacks up the abusive tactics in order to vent,entertain himself,and his friends,or to because he might be mad because he might be hiding a secret,have childhood issues,or he is manipulating for control.He will never apologise ever...and he thinks he is perfect.Its too bad because he might have been a really great guy otherwise.

When a Stack of a man acts nice for a day or two and then spontaneously reverts to his chaotic created fake persona in order to inflict loud abusive verbal b.s. upon his mate and all those that are within hearing distance as a diversion tactic for his covert plans and operations.
