This word is used when someone spouts out extremely stupid things consistently.

"I think I have turrets"
"No you just have stupets"

"This person has a serious case of stupets"

shtuppet

Shtuppet is a combination of the word shtup and puppet
Derived from shtup which means to nudge,fuck or annoy and puppet which means "a person whose actions are manipulated by another"

Essentially an annoying plebeian that one enjoys antagonising.

Ad-man is a fucking shtuppet, I'm looking forward to trolling him next time.

One out of a group of a few (presumably three) stupid people.

Person 1: "What's with them"
Person 2: "Yeah aren't they stupeteer?"
