To imply that a person is crazy. A delusional person keeping company with imaginary Pixies. In the 1936 movie "Mr. Deeds Goes to Town" the Falkner sisters refer to Mr. Deeds as being Pixilated. When the judge inquires the definition, a board member says, The word Pixilated is an early American word derived from Pixies, meaning Elves. They would say the Pixies had got him.
