The idea came form south park from the word "niblet" (WITH A T)!!! to descride a small fluffy bird. Nibling means small, ginger haired (possibly annoying person) When someone does something stupid, ect...(can be any ONE of those) it is NOT an offence, mearly a describing word and can be used in any context angry-NIBLING! Unamused-Niiiiibling and so on...

4. doing something stupid
5. acting stupid

Also a good nick name for someone with those traits. :D
