A "halvsie" is an unofficial term for a person who is half-Japanese. The term originated in Japan and was coined to replace the more general "hapa."

John: "What is your ethnicity?"

A really fun person to be around she has her downsides and does get hurt mentally a lot. And you better treat her right because you don't wanna lose her. Hallie is a straight-up hoe (Not in a rude way but in a nice funny way) She is REALLY REALLY crazy and would laugh about random stuff out of nowhere. She has her mood swing quite a lot and she can get pissed easily too. She WILL blow off on you if you call girls fake. And I cannot go over on how funny she is. BUT I AM WARNING YOU HERE DO NOT PISS HER OFF OR IT WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR YOU! (Although she does say stupid funny shit when she is mad and pissed still you don't want a mad Hallie at you.)
