This is two horrible describing words mixed together to form a ultimate put down. Gug meaning a person who resembles a gay insect and Regione, a name you call some one who is just bad at sports, smelling, good being a friend. Just life in general. In fact the oly good trait of a Gugione is able to wank more than the average man.
