Someone who keeps making bad decisions (if they repeat these things then they are a fool queen/king)

Person B:' Omg no no no not again you're a FOOL'

The guy in the group who is the complete opposite of That Dude and says the most random things at the most inopportune time. He may also be considered a creep by the ladies, depending on the situation.
