The opposite of a dizzy dreamer, the dizzy dizmo is dizzy because they can't stop thinking about themselves, the popular girls and guys at your school are the dizmos, like girls that say "Totally" or "Tots" to frequently, they are classified as dizmos, or the dizos as abbreviation. Can also be used to describe someone you may dislike.
