Somebody who is stupid or annoying. Most likely came from the usage of "dip" a tobacco product that's usage involves dipping ones lip into a pile of it. The meaning of dipwad is literally a wad of dip, created by ones saliva, which is quite an unpleasant thing.

Racial slur used to mock Jewish people who are by having superior intelligence or education or wit have made the person feel dumb.

Commonly used as an insult to people of Jewish heritage or other nerds.

Nerdy Jew: "it's you're not your, and that's a strawman logical fallasy."

Racist person: "shut up dipwad, go back to the ghetto. Wish Hitler would have finished the job."
