crypticism

The art of referring to events or feelings cryptically.

Often practised on sites like LiveJournal, e-where posters attempt to use crypticism to avoid starting drama. Unfortunately, when people try to interpret the crypticism drama often ensues anyway.

The best crypticism is incomprehensible to anyone not already in the know, but makes things quite clear to its intended audience.

It would be easier to keep track of what's going on in Timmy's life if his posts weren't so full of crypticism.

Al Kazeer cryptic

A fat joint made with hash in which seperate chunks of hash are wrapped with cloth pipe cleaners, then all the pipe cleaners are rolled into a big pipe-cleaner joint. To smoke, you unwravel an individual tendril of hash and freehand it. Called "cryptic" because of the unwinding process.

I smoked an Al Kazeer cryptic and was stoned for TWO DAYS. (true story)
