To be cracked out. Not actually smoking crack but doing or saying something that is funny, not make any sense, stupid, wrong.

Matt asks Eric for a lighter but has one in his hand already. Eric replies, "CRACKATOA, look in yur hand you Crackatonian..."

Crackatoa

Kicking a toe hard on something, often so hard that it can be heard cracking or the victim howls in agony so loud that it sound like they're cracking the sound barrier.

"Matt just went to Crackatoa on that kitchen table leg." "Yeah, I heard it from the other room."
