A foolish mispronunciation of the Arabic dish 'Baba Ghanouj' also known as 'Abu Ghanouj' and 'Mtabal.'

Made from roasted Eggplant, yoghurt, garlic, tahini. Lovely jubbly when made right, hard to get right though.
