A person who circles around a specific goal or a land area but never really moves forward. A cunning and deceitful person who makes up his own boundaries. Someone who lives above a commoners law. Sometimes refers to a cute human who is naughty and unable to hold liquor for a long period of time. The word first originated in South East Asia on an unknown island. Some refers to this island as the land of the Babaroos.
