Young girls, usually in a group, that are always trying to create a new dance step. Usually around ages 12 - 15, they may or may not be involved in a dance program.
They are known by their calls of "5-6-7-8" as they begin each new routine.

516 is the area code for Nassau County, New York on Long Island. The 516 includes excellent places to blaze up the chronic, including HEMPsted, Jones Beach, and Teddy Roosevelt's grave.
It's much better to blaze up in the 516 than in the 631 with all those Suffolk County pussy poseurs.

A popular saying among members of the Bloods gang, which means that Bloods are shooting (poppin) and Crips are dying (droppin). The number 5 symbolizes man, as well as the Bloods, while the number 6 symbolizes the devil, and also the Crips. I have no affiliation with either gang myself.
Pablo: "What's happenin' brotha?"
Jaquan: "Same old same old dogg, 5 poppin 6 droppin."
Pablo: "Fo' shizzle man, keep poppin' some gangsta shit."
Jaquan: "Word on the street."
