It's national pull your pants all the way down while using the urinal day. its pretty self explanatory but just in case you don't get it on April 22 every time you use a public urinal you must drop your pants all the way down. A good Motto to go buy is "if your ass isn't out get the fuck out" (of the bathroom) No one cares if your cheeks are pastier than ranch dressing.
