A way of declaring your motivation or authority. Useful when said motivation or authority is questioned by someone.

I'm so (fill in city)

It's pretty much an attention starved individual stating that they're proud of being from said city, and stating so by explaining that they are legit by either knowing of an old landmark that has been torn down or may still exist or by taking part in dumb ass past times which would most definitely get you arrested, or by reminiscing about past times, or phrases that no one uses or cares to take part in.

"I'm so (fill in city) I remember Menace II Society ended midnight movies at the Cinema 12."

i'm rick james bitch

A phrase used in a skit about celebrity R&B singer Rick James on the "Dave Chappelle Show". Comedian Chappelle uses the phrase to mock James' alleged (according to Charlie Murphy, comedian Eddie's brother, an intimate of James) diva attitudes and misogyny.

In one skit where Chappelle is playing James, he demands a women have sex with a friend. "Bitch, come on over here and have sex with Charlie Murphy. I'm Rick James, bitch!" In a 2nd example he's in a bar explaining "I'm one of the baddest motherfuckers of all time. One of the best singers, one of the best looking motherfucker's you've ever seen. Hold my drink, bitch."
