Yuba City

A city located right above and close to Sacramento. It is a growing city that is gaining in population fast due to people leaving the Bay Area. It is rampant with gangs such as Nortenos, Surenos and Bloods. The city is famous for its huge Sikh Parade that it holds every year that people from all around the world attend.

Marcus: Yuba city is a bigger city that is growing at a fast rate and is located next to Sacramento.

Made up of midgets, edgelords, weebs, liberals, republicans, giraffes, flamingos, torrential downpours, clones, nuggets, bronies, chai lattes, and the occasional brugg.
The only thing holding together the fabric of this groups reality is a mass of gremlins bumbling around and stirring a large pot of drama, served hot and fresh every so often whenever things get too peaceful.
They are bold, they are brash, some believe they belong in the trash.

You’ve heard of mayors, but the city president is a locally appointed official of a city, town, or village. Holding no official rank, individuals can hold an election to independently determine a friend as City President if they so choose. This is especially effective is said city is so small it doesn't belong on any meaningful map, hence making said person the most significant or, in some cases, only resident.
