A lot of them are from overrated comedians, people with extreme political, religious fundamentalist or New Atheistic views, crazy conspiracy theories, videos that say they're about movies but only link you to another website and bad covers of songs. Comments on youtube videos are notorious for being some of the most stupid and nasty things the internet has ever seen.

Get the Youtubemug. A video sharing website that has gone downhill since 2016 after they implemented the so-called "Advertiser-friendly policy". The decline of the website has sped up so fast in late-2021 after they removed public dislike counters. Just like Facebook, it's so sad that they're currently losing popularity to its competitors like Rumble, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Odysee, PeerTube and others.
