Someone: He is butthurt.

Him: I guess asking a simple question makes me butthurt!!! Way to go!

Someone who complains all the time in a whiny, annoying way because they're oversensitive and unappreciative.

I've never seen someone so constantly butthurt. Like he wins the F'ng presidential election, and he's still butthurt about it.
