A pajama hoe, is a bitch who tends to wear pajamas, but make them 500x more slutty, then they should be. They wear sweatpants, and either ties their pajama shirt, or wears a cropped shirt, either to sleep or to walk around your school campus. Half the time either their tits or asses are showing. These are the types of girls who are pregnant at 15-17 years old.

Albuquerque Pajama Party

When you go to the methadone clinics in Albuquerque and all the degenerate scumbag junkies are there in their bathrobes because they're too fucked up to get dressed.
