Similar to "brother from another mother", "fam from another clam" indicates that an individual is very close or tight to another person, despite the fact that they are not necessarily blood (ie. family born from another mother). This tie to an individual is essentially the tightest relationship possible without being family.
"Yo, Kenny! Mah fam from another clam! Wassup?"
"Man, this guy's stuff is dope, trust me. He's my fam from another clam."

Similar to Sister From Another Mister and Brother From Another Mother, except this describes a female friend just as hoeish and a dirty girl just like you. That chicka you go to the club with to pick up men that you can relate to and is like family. Your ride or die, promiscuous friend.
You know my friend Lauren!? We just got back from the club grindin' on some fellas for free drinks. She's my hoochie from another coochie!
