Get the green day mug.An awesome punk band from the Bay area who have been around for over 20 years (not 6, teenies). In my opinion, American Idiot and 21st CB are both punk masterpieces (even though for admitting this I will be immediately hated by biased "hard-core" punk fans), but even better are their older albums (eg 39/Smooth, Kerplunk, Dookie, Insomniac, Nimrod, Warning). Basically, they are hated on by many people because REAL people like them. Their best work was in the late 80's/all through the 90's but I'm not going to diss their most recent albums (unlike many Green Day 'fans') because those are both excellent too. The lyrics in all their songs are either beautiful or hilarious, and all of them can be related to. Not that this has anything to do with it, but they're all gorgeous too.
