egg boi is a doode that you can laugh and joke around with and share things that you wouldn't be able to share with other people because you both are super weird, they are a genuinely nice/kind-hearted person even if they do seem awkward when you first approach them although uncommon it is worthwhile to find yourself an egg boi. also, the term egg boi doesn't fit one gender.

Rent boy

this is a guy who is in his 20s who you may meet in a bar and think you can go home with him for free and then surprise, surprise! You find out you have to pay money to have sex with him!
