Gamer girl

A phrase used to make fun of/mock female twitch streamers, who more likely than not use their looks and body while playing an up and coming game for donations and subscriptions. Telling someone they're a gamer girl also can legitimately say that they're a hardcore gamer, who's just a girl. But most likely the phrase is to be used to make fun of 'gamer' girl streamers, eg: Pokimane.

Guy: "You see this girl on Twitch? She's such a gamer girl."

Guy2: "Yeah, she's using her looks for simps, I bet she doesn't even like (whatever she's playing)."
