Ingredients:
- 2 large fresh testicles
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Rinse the bull testicles under cold water and pat dry.
2. Using a sharp knife, remove the outer skin and membrane from the testicles, and slice them into thin rounds.
3. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. In another shallow dish, pour the milk.
5. Dip each slice of bull testicle into the milk, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
6. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Carefully place the coated slices of bull testicle into the hot oil, and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
8. Remove the fried testicles from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or lemon wedges if desired.
Note: Bull testicles can be quite tough, so some recipes recommend pounding them with a meat mallet before preparing to tenderize them.

Slang term used to describe an incompetent or pointless person who spends all their time chopping and creating an underlying feeling of resentment: often used to express a collective sense of dislike
Tony: What is Chop Daddy doing?
John: He's gone to lunch with some intern, he's trying to put them away
Tony: What a complete chopper
