When a drug dealer sells to his mates, he sells the community goods. When the dealer himself would like to get stoned, he smokes his good weed, know as his personal stash. "the perce" refers to the personal stash, meaning the best that there is to offer.

110 percent

This is an empty headed non-concept. No one can give more that 100%. Saying he (or) she gave it 110 percent is also saying the person who gave it 100 percent still could have (or should have) given more. What nonsense! If anything using this phrase is NEGATIVE, a put down of everyone else participating.

If I give 110 percent to this project, I will successfully be able to squeeze 10 percent more energy out of every battery than is scientifically possible.

Pronounced; peru-get, it is on the of the many ways to insult another person. It has the same meaning as idiot, dumbass, dickhead, etc.

Person 1: Hey, can you help me pick out a new outfit, with those trendy cute shoes, a jean skirt, and those half-leg stockings?
Person 2: You want to look like every other girl?
Person 1: Yes, its the new style.
