The act of accidentally or deliberately running over a person of color with a motor vehicle and having the tires slide while on top of the body by applying the brakes(without ABS) or the gas.

I was at a BLM protest and while driving through the crowd my car starting mudslipping real bad. It was so bad it almost stopped my F150, I had to chuck it into 4wd to make it to KFC.
