A word invented by inexperienced marijuana smokers who think that only one strain of cannabis has a delayed high. The truth is that all pot, when inhaled properly, should begin its intoxicating effects about 7 seconds after entering the body. However, the GREATEST intensity of the high from any weed is about 5-20 minutes after starting. The name "creeper" could thus be used to describe ALL marijuana.
