Eleven Point Seventy (11.70)

A term that describes a desired situation or scenario, that has very little or no chances of ever occurring.
Originally, this term was used to describe the minimal desired limit of the stock price of Ceva Inc (NasdaqNM:CEVA). Some Ceva employees have declared that they would exercise their stock options only when the stock price hits this limit.

He: It seems that peace in the Middle East is just a matter of a few months now.
Me: Yeah, right, eleven point seventy.
