A person who abandons you when you most need them. Then later regrets it meanwhile the people they abandoned are summarily destroyed by both the abandonment and the replacement person who came in after the original person walked away.

We had built a really great team, then he pulled a Dries. Now we have to deal with this window licker who is going to get us all fired.
