Discrimination Exclusion Intolerance. A parasitic bureaucracy of worthless overpaid hate-filled people in an organization that push to discriminate, exclude and be intolerant toward anyone not a minority. Their objective is explicitly to shower resources and put their finger on the scales for those high on the intersectional "victim" hierarchy while actively working against all white men.

And in the even merit, it the lack there of, was the reason for not hiring a white, or a white not being accepted into a university, then they complain and say it was because of their white race was used against them. The Head of the FAA is a DEI hire and should be replaced. (Note; the head has decades of experience, degrees, was confirmed by both parties unanimously, and just happens to be a woman of African American decent. Her replacement is white, doesn't have a PhD, has 3 months experience, was previously not confirmed by the sanate because of a lack of experience and does not have the necessary skill sets for the position, but is white and male.)
