Tap, Rack, Bang

A common practice to clear a malfunction during shooting. Consists of Tapping the magazine to make sure it's properly seated, Racking the slide or bolt to eject the malfunctioned round and chamber a new one, and Bang signifies that you've cleared your malfunction.
