The act of walking around or doing any number of activities while talking on the phone. The inability to just sit still and have a conversation.

I was almost asleep until my boyfriend called and talked for 30 minutes, causing me to phone fidget so long that I was wide awake.

Mini-Fringe

When you accidentally shave a tiny bit of your head at the front, and then it grows back under your fringe (or bangs if you are American) and when someone lifts up your fringe, there is a shorter bit of hair under it and it makes you frown. >:(

An expression of nervousness or anxiety in response to an experience or description.

e.g. The Lollapalooza crowd gave me the willy fidgets. So many sweaty dudes with thin teenager mustaches and so few exits...

Also: His story of noodling for catfish gave me the willy fidgets. I mean, the idea of reaching through muddy river water and into holes to grab huge prehistoric fish is enough to cure me of my nostalgia for country living entirely.
