A good fun alternative to life, sex, career, friends, money, and power. All of these things are just distractions trying to pull you away from education.

student 1: I soooo got an A on the test by pulling an all nighter. Doing all that studying outside of school really paid off.
student 2: Yeh that's awesome! It's kind of like being great at hacky sack in terms of not getting laid.

The world 'school' can be used to describe an important place that includes (but is not limited to) learning and may contain lots of books, (not to be confused with a library) but you don't care what happens in/to it.

Example:
Matt: "Hey, Joe"
Joe: "Hey, Matt"
Matt: "Did you hear about the White House being painted black?"
Joe: "Nah, the White House is school to me."
