Mark Ecko's getting up

Really a great game that didn't get the publicity or recognition it deserved for two main reasons; it's just bad publicity for any store to advertise a game about graffiti, and the sad fact that since he helped fund it, Mark Ecko has his name plastered throughout the game. This simple fact turned off almost the entire subculture it was really designed for.

The basic plot line is that Trane, the main character, is an unknown in the heavily prosecuted graffiti underworld of New Radius city, he is soon sucked into a world of government conspiracy and must expose the truth through the uncensored medium of graffiti.

The game features a number of graff legends (voiced by themselves) from Cope2 to the social experiment OBEY. Each legend also has a background log into your black book

Guy1: Hey, you play Mark Ecko's Getting Up yet?

Guy2: No man that fucker Ecko's all over it beginning to end.

Guy1: Sad but true, still, if you can look past that it really is a great game.

Guy2: Alright, I'll try it, but I'm not spendin' $10 on it, I'm borrowing it from you.

Workplace Rub Square Up

term referring to a counter move to the Workplace Rub. The square up is performed by facing the perpetrator and squaring your shoulders to them. This discourages the Rub due to the fact that it will make it look like the perpetrator is trying to molest the victim. If the Rub is still performed with the Square up in place Wing Chun will be required.

Wat chu up ta?

'wat chu up ta' i had this guy ask me that on myspace once and i looked for it in the original dictionary, google and urban dictionary... but found no meaning. so i decided to add a meaning to this lame, stupid... word. 'wat chu up ta' is a type of way of saying 'what brand of gum are you chewing?' the wat is what, the chu is chew and the up is... i have no idea but the ta simply mean, brand but those with minor probelsm pronounce it 'ta' wat chu up ta, is the new 'gangsta word' and personally i find it amusing, that people are saying it thinking they look DEAD COOl! but what hurts me the most is that it DOES NOT mean 'what brand of gum are you chewing' in fact it means... 'what are you doing?' sounds alike? yeah, whatever. but instead of saying 'what are you doing' 'whats up' 'wuu2' or 'what have you done today' its 'wat chu up ta' sad, lame and pathetic... only God knows what language this world will be speaking 5 years from now at this rate.
