Hate Scam

Any situation where a fabricated incident pertaining to a Hate Crime is created in itself to incite violence for a specific agenda. This itself could be qualified under a hate crime, but typically doesn't carry the same consequences as a hate crime.

Eleanor: Did you hear about Jussie Smollett?
Ahmed: Yeah, that bullshit where he faked a hate crime to make white people seem bad? That should be a Hate Scam.
