the arctic? boiling compared to how cool this guy is. a "handsome devil" some have said and probably will continue to say for as long as time. total ladies man. incredible conversationalist, makes you want to talk until you lose your voice. funnier than any comedy special on Netflix (or other streaming platforms). if you're friends with an Evan then you've found the gold at the end of the rainbow.

Evan is a cute boy with a great sense of humor, although not too many people notice it and neither does he. Evans are usually tall, skinny and have a good fashion sense. He's romantic, cute, funny, trustworthy, and always helps out people in need (like his friends and family).
