Usually around 12am to 4am, where any person (female, male, or whatever the fuck u is) is reminiscing on old memories with someone no longer in their life. Or just simple looking back on moments in your life you regret and wish you would have done differently. Reflecting over your mistakes and thinking about them repeatively
