“gosh today” is basically the equivalent to saying “oh my lord”. it’s used as a response for when you are surprised by something but also find it funny at the same time.

Get the gosh todaymug. If you are familiar with the term, “Holly gosh golly willikers.” You are probably part of the osc! Anyways, it is a replacement for ‘oh my god’ in what I call a nerdy way. It’s known for its use in the show Inanimate Insanity by the character, Test Tube. (For the sentence, I’m just gonna use a line so I don’t know if it’ll help)
