Tom is a kind and funny guy who shows that he loves to play shoe tag with the muppets at lunch, however, inside he does not feel like playing shoe tag... I hope they know for themselves that being named makes you an extraordinary guy. And having the courage to say to people "call me Tom' when your name is actually Thomas is just utterly respectable. This also links to the point that Tom always does what he wants and just doesn't give a fuck about the haters.
