literal udder

Used as an insult, describing someone who is poorly dressed, and at the same time has a bad haircut and smells funny. Not to be confused with its counterpart, udder, which is used to describe a mother mammals' underside.

"Did you see Zachary? The 15 year old, with ugly, urine colored hair?"

To be drunk in public in the morning hours immediately after all the pubs have closed.

The bar closed and we were out under three when the cops drove by; luckily, we were able to duck into an alley.

She locked me out of the apartment and threw my stuff out. So I was only out under three because I didn't have anywhere else to go.
