New fast food menu items that are invented just to get you thinking about going to that restaurant and ordering the same old shit you always get.

McDonald's Mozzarella Sticks is a fad food. They don't want you to order it. They just say they selling it to get you thinkin' "McDonald's. Hmm. I want some fries."

Shit they put in "food" that usually promotes fat gain, obesity, and health issues. They may include preservatives, flavorings, coloring, or whatever, though it's not a problem because it increases their profit margin, and makes fat people more satisfied by the taste. However, food additives may be a "necessary evil" at times.

The FDA approved another food additive under "generally recognized as safe(GRAS)," though I get the feeling it'll make you a fatass.
