ot circle

"Out tasker circle": used to describe a seemingly endless loop of exchanging pleasantries between two associates of the same organization from different regions of the worlds. The cause is clashing cultural norms and not wanting to be rude. Occurs almost exclusively via an electronic messaging application such as Jabber or Skype.

Example of an OT Circle:

OT: Hi Bro
OT: How are you?

Zach: Hey man
Zach: Doing well.
Zach: How are you?

OT: doing great bro

OT: how about you?

They are a long standing means of organising social and economic life without hierarchy, and still remain the dominant social form in places such as the Liberty of Islandshire between England and Scotland.
