The act of random, immature students stealing random items from schools (i.e., Soap dispensers, exit signs, safety signs, hand sanitizer dispensers, urinals, computers, etc.)
A devious lick is when someone steals an item of great social or political importance. The act of stealing the item must fit the criteria of being either devious, devilish, or nefarious.
