Get the bin laden wagonmug. A particularly viscious battle with a trap where the chod bin resembles a battlefield after having wild squits. This usually happens after a night on the lash or after a particular lethal curry.
Keith: (Returning to his desk from the toilet after a 15 minute absence) That was mental. I have got a proper sweat on after that.
Frank: Whats up? Have you just been for 5km run or something.
