Girl that can be self conscious. It may not seem like it, because she is not like the other girls who fish for compliments. She fools you that she is confident but she's really not. Katie is extremely hard on herself. But she is more than perfect on the inside and out, but she may not think this herself. She looks in the mirror, and sees all that is wrong with her- teeth, eyes, hair, body, and the list goes on; however, this girl is the exact opposite of who she thinks she is. Everyone loves her and her incredible flawless personality so she has lots of friends. A katie is so cute she will make you melt. With a beautiful smile and eyes that you can look into forever. Be careful, if you cross her she may not hate you, but she is easily feared so she WILL be scared of you, and this girl is someone you don't want to lose as a friend.
